DM&P Semiconductor Inc. se enorgullece de ofrecer el microprocesador Vortex86DX2 x86 de MPU. El Vortex86DX2 es un Sistema-en-Chip (SoC) compatible con x86, fabricado con un proceso de 90nm y diseñado para un consumo de energía extremadamente bajo. Integra múltiples funciones como múltiples puertos de E/S (RS-232, Paralelo, USB y GPIO), BIOS, Watch Dog Timer, Gestión de Energía, contador MTBF, LoC (LAN on Chip), JTAG, GPU y Motion Control, todo en un solo chip de BGA.

Dentro de su paquete BGA de 720 pines, el Vortex86DX2 contiene un cache L1 de tamaño 32kb con modo de operación “Write Through” y nivel de asociatividad “4-way”, un caché L2 de 256KB con nivel de asociatividad “4-way”, Bus PCI-E de 2.5GHz, DDR2, controlador ROM, ISA, I2C, SPI, IPC (Internal Peripheral Controllers Con DMA y temporizador / contador de interrupciones incluidos), Fast Ethernet, FIFO UART y USB 2.0 Host y controladores IDE / SATA para proporcionar una solución ideal para los sistemas embebidos y productos de comunicaciones como thin clients, routers NAT, gateways domésticos, puntos de acceso Y Tablet PCs.
